Shipping Information:
While we try to get orders out within one-two business days, most orders ship within three business days. Larger orders may take longer and customers will be contacted if needed.All sales are FINAL. Merchandise is not accepted for return. This is for the safety of the our customers and their pets. All of our items come from a Smoke and Pet Free Environment for the the safety of the animals and their owners.
If you have a really small order that you believe would weigh under 1 pound and don't mind waiting an extra couple days to receive your order. Let us know and we will be happy to ship your order first class mail and pass those savings onto you.
